All rooms, located on the second floor of the estate, are in a revamped rustic style and have parquet floors, double bed, closet or large closet room and private en suite bathroom with shower.
They are also equipped with every amenity, including wifi, TV, mini-bar (extra charge), free water on arrival, kettle and tea selection, hair dryer, courtesy set, second pillows available, towels and a small surprise gift to pamper you with the authenticity of local flavors.
The breakfast buffet, included in the room rate, will delight you with pastries, homemade jams and other delicacies we have lovingly prepared. You can enjoy these culinary delights from 8:30 am to 10:00 am, starting your day with gusto.
Room cleanliness is a priority of ours, and we take care to make it impeccable for you. Usually, cleaning is done from 10 a.m. to noon in the morning to ensure a fresh and tidy environment for you.

Let us pamper you in our Deluxe rooms, the Ivy with its green tones, the Marigold bright and warm thanks to its soft orange color and two large windows, with which you can admire the beauty of the surrounding nature, and the Primrose also called “Romantic” thanks to its soft lights and the intriguing atmosphere it offers.
Due to their large square footage ranging from 23 to 26 square meters, they can have triple occupancy with the addition of a third bed.
The Marigold is the only room to have the option of 2 twin beds should you wish to sleep in 2 separate single beds (or 3 in the case of a triple).

Inside the apartment, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and dishwasher. The living area includes a comfortable sofa bed and a TV for relaxing during the evening.

- A 30% deposit (refundable up to 30 days before the arrival date) will be charged at the time of booking, and the remaining 70% will be charged 7 days before the arrival date.
- In case of cancellation of the reservation by the customer before arrival, the following conditions apply:
- a) In the event of a cancellation communicated at least 31 days before the scheduled arrival date for the stay, the amount paid at the time of booking may be recovered
- b) For cancellations made between the 30th day and the 8th day prior to the date of arrival, the amount already paid will be retained in full
- c) For cancellations communicated between the 7th day and the arrival date, 100% of the booking will be charged
- d) In case of no-show and early departure, 100% of the reservation will be charged.
- Tourist tax is EURO 1 per person per night. Tourist tax does not apply to children under 12 years of age. Tourist tax is not included in the total and will be paid according to the payment policies defined by the property.
