To pamper you and accompany you on a journey of palate soul wellness to experience a relaxing and authentic land experience that pervades all your senses.
We are dedicated to this even before your arrival, enriching your stay by organizing experiences on or around the site: tastings in the best Tuscan wineries, a visit to the nearby pottery workshop, Ayurvedic or reflexology massages, individual or group yoga classes, horseback riding or bicycle rides (rental).
On the estate you will have included access to our outdoor swimming pool surrounded by greenery, the restaurant where you can enjoy local dishes revisited with genuine, organic and I’m 0 products.
The proximity to art cities such as Florence, Siena and Arezzo, all easily accessible from the nearby train station, makes the farmhouse a perfect base for exploring the region.
It is possible to arrange:

The swimming pool at the edge of the forest, surrounded by olive trees, will allow you to rejuvenate after your daily excursions; while perhaps your children are playing under the oaks between a bocce court, volleyball or table soccer… as well as ping pong and table soccer.
Guests can enjoy a refreshing dip during the summer season.
The pool is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. (except for private events)

Restaurant
The restaurant offers authentic cuisine based on local and organic ingredients. The menu changes according to the season, to always guarantee fresh, high-quality products. Among the house specialties are pork and Cinta Senese dishes, as well as cheeses and cured meats produced directly on the farm. In addition, vegetarian and vegan dishes are available to satisfy every dietary need. All accompanied by a wide selection of local and national wines.
Our philosophy of Tuscan cuisine
Tenuta Risalpiano was born out of the courage of two women, me and my mom Stefania, eager to change our lives and realize our dream: to open an agritourism and give life to a passion that had been hidden in a drawer for too long…cooking!
Ever since I was a child, I used to spend summers at my maternal grandparents’ country house. I used to spend my days kneading noodles and ravioli, and trying to pick blackberries that punctually never made it to the can…
Sundays were a special time, the family got together and we looked forward to tortelli and pappardelle with sauce, the smell of which still lingers in my memories!
Back in 2006, I was working for my father, but I was not happy. I spent my evenings after work attending cooking classes-my grandmother’s passion had become mine as well. So finally in 2007 my dream began: my mom and I opened Risalpiano, with a heart full of passion and a strong desire to let our guests taste those flavors that were vivid in my memory.
And this dream still continues–every day we welcome guests from different parts of the world so they can bring home a little bit of our history.
